The inspiration for our bakery-café is taken largely from European coffee shops. Meant for social gatherings, far from the “to-go” culture of North America, café’s in Europe evoke a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. A familiar place where one can take a moment, sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee.
